  My family and I recently moved to Lindale from the Dallas area. I found this clinic and was pleased with the friendliness and the cleanliness of their facility. However, they have a serious communication issue within their clinic. I had an appointment for my dog's Bordatella shot. I arrived, waited in the room for a few minutes, and a nurse came in and said they were out of the vaccine. I was irritated because I feel like I should have been called prior to my driving the 12 miles for the appointment. She informed me that it is an oral vaccine and that I could either reschedule or just "swing by" and pick it up and give my dog the vaccine at home. I chose the latter and she said they would contact me when the shipment arrived. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard from them. Yesterday, I called and left a message that I need to board my two dogs for one to two nights and asked that they please call me back to let me know if they have room for them. I didn't hear from them yesterday. This morning, I called again and it's now 2:30pm and I haven't heard from them. I need to board them tomorrow so I called another facility, who isn't even open today BUT answered their phone, and they were happy to help me! Obviously, I'm switching vets. I'm going to have them transfer my dogs records, which will probably force me to stop and physically ask for them because they never answer their phones and/or return calls. It was a nice facility but that's not all that matters when choosing a doctor for your pets.
